Returns and exchanges

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned with the original tags attached. To request a return, email yokaiapparel@yahoo.com with your order number and reason for the return.

Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the item is received and inspected.

Size exchanges are subject to availability because preorder items are made in limited quantities. If the requested replacement size is unavailable, we will offer a refund for an eligible return.

Preorder cancellations must be requested before the preorder window closes. Once production begins, orders normally cannot be canceled because quantities and sizes are made from preorder demand.

If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at yokaiapparel@yahoo.com and include clear photos so we can make it right.
